We offer 15 days return policy from the date of product delivered.

Product is accepted for returns :

1. Resizing or mismatched product.
2. Manufacturing defect.
3. Damaged product.
4. Proper video of the product while unboxing it.
5. All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
6. Tags should be attached to the product.
7. Unused product are only accepted.
8. Accepted only across india.
9. Return and exchanges purchased outside india will be applicable only if customer is willing to pay shipping and custom expenses.
10. Kindly keep in mind that engraved pieces or customized products are not eligible for return or exchanged however exchange or buy back is applicable.
11. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchased, the exchange amount will be reduced by and amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo code, as applicable.
12. In case, return is accepted our logistic partner will get in touch with you and collect the product at your convenience. Once your package is ready, just contact our team and we will share the nearest location of our logistic partner where you can drop your tamper proof package of The Kaavi.
13. The refund/exchange will be processed only once we received the piece and its been inspected by our QC department. If the product passes by QC, you can expect a full refund/exchange with 15 working days.
